Somy room mate Tara got some tickets to Conference...and suprised me by waking me up this morning telling me that we were going to Conference...I was so excited because I have never been before! And to be able to go the First Conference of the new Presidency was also pretty exciting!!! So we (Alex, Tara, Kyle, and Me) started our drive to the SLC! Well Tara and I make sack lunches for all of us with our names written on the brown paper bags...then we were off!! But first, Alex had to get his cop Radar out of his truck so we could make it there extra fast :) We got there and the tickets were split...so me and Kyle took two and tara and Alex took the other two...well when Kyle and I got to where we were sitting we were nine rows back RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PODIUM!!!! i was so excited!! (probably more excited than anyone in that place!) so we sat down and then it started! I was so excited when he new Prophet walked in! I got all jittery like a little kid! So i got my new scriptures out with my coloring pencils and my paper and started taking notes! It probably was one of the BEST sessions i have ever heard! I loved Brother Bednar's talk!
